STEEZ :: Liberty Dunks.

When Thomas Jefferson demanded “Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” from the British, we doubt he meant we need the freedom to cop this new collaboration from America’s footwear leader. So it might not stir up enough passion to start a revolution, but the latest Nike Sportswear Liberty Pack will certainly have its fair share of lady sneakerheads excited about next year’s release.

Earlier this year Liberty of London made a big splash with the Liberty of London For Target collection and in that same month also announced the Manolo Blahnik x Liberty of London collaboration. And of course, the Liberty of London Nike collaborations have always been my favorite so I am super excited about another collection from the two.

According to New York Magazine, "Liberty of London has released their latest collaboration with Nike for this spring, which will include floral-print Dunks, Air Force 1's, and Blazers."

Highsnobiety reported earthat "the Dunk High, the Blazer and the Air Force 1 will be released as part of the line, all featuring the iconic Liberty flower patterns all over the upper."

As for when these items will all be released, New York Magazine said, "there's no word yet on where and when they're going to be sold, but last year's capsule collection was available exclusively at Opening Ceremony, so that's probably a safe bet."

STEEZ :: Christian Louboutin Kicks for the Boys.

Rantus Orlato Men's Flat / Leopard Print / Pony Hair

Rantus Orlato Men's Flat / Leopard Print / Pony Hair

If you know your steez, then you know that one of fall 2010's biggest trends was animal print. Therefore, it's only fitting that Christian Louboutin would design a hi-top sneaker the likes of the Rantus Orlato Men's Flat. These leopard-print kicks are not only fly as hell, they are geared toward the ever-expanding number of fashion-forward males who like to keep up with the latest trends.

In the latest issue of DAMAN, a men's fashion and lifestyle magazine distributed throughout Asia, contributing writer, Jeffy Rhyder, had the following informative and witty words to say about these dope sneaks.

Have you ever secretly wished that the words “Christian Louboutin” would have the same exhilarating effect on you that it has for the girls, especially those Sex and the City girls?
Well guys, wish no more. Louboutin, the French footwear designer to the stars, has come out with a swanky line of sneakers for men. Following the recent trend of mainly women’s designers making men’s fashion items—Balenciaga and Jimmy Choo have recently come out men’s stuff—Louboutin’s quirky, but fashionable, sneakers combine a 1980s-style, high-top basketball design with exotic, jungle-inspired, animal fur-like prints.
When asked by journalists why he decided to do a men’s line, Christian reportedly said it was because “… I needed some new shoes to wear.” That’s sounds sensible enough to us.

Want to cop yourself an authentic pair of these fresh hi-tops? If so, you will have to drop the $945 that the shoes go for on the designer's site. Don't even try searching for sites that sell them at a more affordable price. Those of you who are reading this, and actually know me, know that my Internet research and deal-finding skills are stellar. Even I, tried, and failed in my attempts to find these kicks at a lower cost.

STEEZ: DOVE DRESS.

I fell in love at first sight with this...

Flowy dove gray one-shoulder dress featuring a pleated shoulder, flared sleeve, and side pockets. My fave thing about it? The way it pairs so well with gold jewelery...which is a must in my book!

STEEZ: FLOWER BOMBER.

Oh sooooo steezy, reversible vintage bomber jacket!
Wowzas!!! This bomber must have been made, with me in mind. I very seldomly find pieces of, what I truly consider to be, style perfection, but this is right on the money baby. Did I mention this amazing piece is reversible??? Ok, I did! But, now for more specific deets. The bomber is floral print on one side olive green on the other. I thought this was clever because they chose a color scheme that represents the WHOLE flower; not just the bud, but the stem as well (hence the reverse to olive green). The collar, cuffs, and two front pockets are accented with ribbed black trim, and there is a black drawstring tie at the waist as well. It has a zip closure, also black.

STEEZ: 3SIXTEEN.

While it's becoming increasingly easy to tune out when clothing brands talk about heritage and craft, there are still some that warrant attention. At seven years strong, NYC- and LA-based label 3sixteen continues to set itself apart with a genuine dedication to producing high-quality threads that don't capitalize on the latest trends, but will instead remain relevant throughout time. Founded by Andrew Chen in 2003 as a t-shirt line, 3sixteen now produces a range of long-lasting staple garments and accessories for guys whose taste is equal parts refined and rugged.

For Cool Hunting, 3sixteen created a series of locally-sourced wool ties in patterns that CH chose along with Chen. Made in one of the few remaining factories in Manhattan's Garment District (where Chen shot the picture above, of the ties in mid-production), the fabrics range from sharp plaids to rich solids with subtle textures woven in. CH particularly digs 3sixteen's versatility, adding sophistication to casual ensembles and keeping more dignified looks from appearing stuffy. Crafted exclusively for CH, the 3sixteen ties sell from CH's online shop for $80 each.

STEEZ: GOGO GIRLS...AGAIN.

I know I already have a post that focuses on this line. I am posting this little reminder because I truly love this jewelery line, and hope that some of you will show some support for it too; whether you do something as simple as mention it on your blog or site, or go as far as to buy a piece from the collection.

We are all artists, of one sort or another...and the love and support we give to one another will, in turn, be received.

CONAN ROCKS ACID WASH JEGGINGS
THE HUFFINGTON POST | STYLE FEATURED NEWS | DEC 3, 2010

Just 24 hours after professing his love for jeggings, Conan O'Brien put his money where his mouth is acid wash denim where his legs are and wore a pair on air. And all we have to say is, WOW. That is SO much Conan. (As in, SO much Conan we've been waiting to see!) Original content: huffingtonpost.com

STEEZ: GISELE WEARS RUBBER.

.......  GISELE WEARS RUBBER  .......
THE HUFFINGTON POST | STYLE FEATURED NEWS | DEC 4, 2010
Gisele Bundchen wrapped herself in latex for the latest issue of Vogue Italia. In "Rubber Souls" (photographed by Steven Meisel), the supermodel dons layer upon layer of everyone's favorite elastic hydrocarbon polymer. So what's the message here? We could type out some lofty fashion babble, but we'll be honest: who knows! Rubber does seem to be spot-on for the wintry season, and if anyone can make wearing a latex cocktail dress to a holiday party look acceptable, it's certainly Gisele.
