STEEZ :: Liberty Dunks.

When Thomas Jefferson demanded “Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” from the British, we doubt he meant we need the freedom to cop this new collaboration from America’s footwear leader. So it might not stir up enough passion to start a revolution, but the latest Nike Sportswear Liberty Pack will certainly have its fair share of lady sneakerheads excited about next year’s release.

Earlier this year Liberty of London made a big splash with the Liberty of London For Target collection and in that same month also announced the Manolo Blahnik x Liberty of London collaboration. And of course, the Liberty of London Nike collaborations have always been my favorite so I am super excited about another collection from the two.

According to New York Magazine, "Liberty of London has released their latest collaboration with Nike for this spring, which will include floral-print Dunks, Air Force 1's, and Blazers."

Highsnobiety reported earthat "the Dunk High, the Blazer and the Air Force 1 will be released as part of the line, all featuring the iconic Liberty flower patterns all over the upper."

As for when these items will all be released, New York Magazine said, "there's no word yet on where and when they're going to be sold, but last year's capsule collection was available exclusively at Opening Ceremony, so that's probably a safe bet."

STEEZ :: Christian Louboutin Kicks for the Boys.

Rantus Orlato Men's Flat / Leopard Print / Pony Hair

Rantus Orlato Men's Flat / Leopard Print / Pony Hair

If you know your steez, then you know that one of fall 2010's biggest trends was animal print. Therefore, it's only fitting that Christian Louboutin would design a hi-top sneaker the likes of the Rantus Orlato Men's Flat. These leopard-print kicks are not only fly as hell, they are geared toward the ever-expanding number of fashion-forward males who like to keep up with the latest trends.

In the latest issue of DAMAN, a men's fashion and lifestyle magazine distributed throughout Asia, contributing writer, Jeffy Rhyder, had the following informative and witty words to say about these dope sneaks.

Have you ever secretly wished that the words “Christian Louboutin” would have the same exhilarating effect on you that it has for the girls, especially those Sex and the City girls?
Well guys, wish no more. Louboutin, the French footwear designer to the stars, has come out with a swanky line of sneakers for men. Following the recent trend of mainly women’s designers making men’s fashion items—Balenciaga and Jimmy Choo have recently come out men’s stuff—Louboutin’s quirky, but fashionable, sneakers combine a 1980s-style, high-top basketball design with exotic, jungle-inspired, animal fur-like prints.
When asked by journalists why he decided to do a men’s line, Christian reportedly said it was because “… I needed some new shoes to wear.” That’s sounds sensible enough to us.

Want to cop yourself an authentic pair of these fresh hi-tops? If so, you will have to drop the $945 that the shoes go for on the designer's site. Don't even try searching for sites that sell them at a more affordable price. Those of you who are reading this, and actually know me, know that my Internet research and deal-finding skills are stellar. Even I, tried, and failed in my attempts to find these kicks at a lower cost.
